Listening skills – listens to all parties involved and takes feedback. Personal connection – effective managers are able to connect and relate to their peers. Tracking ability – ability to take into account how different people interact
Brief Reflection
The main experience I have with management is with personal management. Things I manage personally are classes, finances, friend and family, and organizations. My ability to juggle different aspects of my life are adequate, but I can improve by not procrastinating.
