Brief Reflection

My initial experience with developing an idea into a mobile app has greatly increased my ability to identify problems and the respective solutions. In addition to the application ideas, I find myself thinking of ideas that are either new or improve upon what is already established.

​Further going into my experience with app building, I had a specific approach by which I had come up with the idea. My partner and I brainstormed different ideas that would solve problems that we currently experienced. The brainstorm culminated in an application that would track users’ schedules. I think a person requires certain traits to be entrepreneurial. They need to be perceptive and aware of the problems in their environment, society, and themselves. I subconsciously take note of the problems around me just by being perceptive in my surroundings. I used my knowledge of current issues that college students experience during the brainstorm. I would like to further develop my entrepreneurial mindset by effectively following through and completing the solutions I come up with, and by evaluating my performance with the finished product and overall creation process.
