Clear direction - providing steps towards success. Guiding example – leading by showing others how it is done. Positive reinforcement – encouraging others to live up to their potential.

Brief Reflection

I’ve utilized leadership skills in the past when I was in charge of a platoon in ROTC. This past experience guided me towards developing all aspects within my evaluation points. I’ve also lead others in a non-direct way through personal advice and wisdom from my experiences.
